The present day sedentary jobs, along with the lack of exercise, the loss of consciousness about our own body, eating disorders, the lack of time and especially stress, provoke in our physical and mental system an imbalance that, in the long run, results in many ailments.
- The classes of Healthy Back and Pelvic Floor are based on a series of exercises to strengthen both the trunk and arms, legs and the muscles of the perineum while working the respiration as well.
- The posture is improved as well as the pathologies developed from poor spinal health and it prevents and/or corrects pathologies associated with the pelvic floor.
- For pathologies associated to the back, such as: lumbagos and/or back pain, scoliosis, kyphosis…
- For pathologies associated to the pelvic floor muscles, such as: urinary and/or fecal incontinence, prolapse (uterine or rectal), pelvic pain, low muscle tone of the perineum in women pre- and/or post-partum …
- A class of one hour, two times a week, the monthly fee is 40€
