Goals
During classes we work on the physical preparation of the body (elongation and strength) on the one hand, and on the other hand, we stimulate and improve coordination through technical work through sequences of disco-style steps. During the development of the classes we also work on the cardio-respiratory system and aerobic resistance, through fun choreographic sequences that bring us joy and promote self-expression.
This style makes us feel like we were in the disco of the 70s, 80s or 90s, the music is so contagious and with so much energy, it lifts our mood and stimulates us to work our whole body happily…
