TAI-CHI CHUAN (the supreme extreme of boxing) is not only a gymnastics with proven therapeutic effects and a meditation in movement, but it is the ORIGIN of all oriental martial arts.
It has the characteristic of being a low to moderate impact aerobic exercise and is recommended as a form of rehabilitation and therapy.
What is beneficial for?
To practice TAI CHI CHUAN, concentration (meditation) is required, which serves to improve awareness of one’s own body, maintain balance and correct bad posture.
It is appropriate for all ages and health conditions and does not require specific equipment.
Our style is CHEN and in class we will practice CHI KUNG, FORMS, PUSHING HANDS, SELF-MASSAGE AND MEDITATION.
